Ages 4–7Built around a 10-minute attention span

The Screen Swap Kit: 120 no-prep activities your child does alone

Printable, picture-led activities in 10-minute blocks. Swap one screen moment tonight, without a fight.

  • Gives you a ready plan B for the moments you'd usually hand over the tablet
  • Your child starts on their own: instructions are pictures, so non-readers can begin without asking you
  • Zero prep: no laminating, no velcro, no scissors, no glue. Print and hand it over
  • 3 levels from 4 to 7, so the activities grow with your child and work for siblings too
  • Sized to 10-minute blocks, the time a 4-year-old can usually stay with one task
  • Includes The Swap Plan: a 2-week, one-moment-at-a-time way to cut screen time without banning it
  • Light printing: black-and-white line art, 3–5 pages a day
Your plan for tonight
  1. Print 3 sheets, one from each level.
  2. Put them in the Swap Basket with a cup of crayons.
  3. Offer the basket instead of the before-dinner screen.

Imagine the hour before dinner going like this

A boy doing a maze at the kitchen table while his mom cooks dinner
  • 5:30
Your child walks to the basket and picks a sheet on their own.
  • 5:40
One maze done. They grab the next one without asking you how it works.
  • 5:55
You cook, answer that email, or just sit with a hot drink while it's still hot.
  • 6:00
Dinner is ready and nobody had to pry a tablet out of small hands.

That's the job the Screen Swap Kit was built for.

Why it works

Banning screens lasts three days. Swapping lasts.

The tablet isn't the problem. Not having a plan B is. So the kit gives you one, built around how young kids actually play.

  • Activities sized to about 10 minutes, the time most 4-year-olds can stay with one task
  • Picture instructions, so a child who can't read yet still knows what to do
  • Three levels that move from quick wins to real challenges
  • One screen moment at a time, never all of them at once
  • No prep for you: no cutting, no gluing, no laminating
  • Black-and-white line art that prints fast and light

Not "educational" homework. Activities your child chooses because they're fun, done without you hovering.

Questions

Before you buy

How do I get it?

Right after checkout you get an email with the download link. It's a PDF in both US Letter and A4. Nothing ships, so you can print tonight.

Can't I just find free worksheets on Pinterest?

You can, and many are good. What they don't give you is a plan: 120 activities already sorted by level, picture instructions your child can follow alone, and The Swap Plan for changing one screen moment at a time. The kit saves the searching and the guessing.

My child won't sit still for 10 minutes. Will this work?

Level 1 starts with very short activities on purpose. The Activity Ladder in The Swap Plan shows you how to stretch the time slowly, from a few minutes to 20–30.

My child can't read yet.

That's who it's designed for. Every activity is explained with pictures, so your child can start without asking you what to do.

How much will I need to print?

About 3–5 pages a day. Everything is black-and-white line art, so it prints quickly and uses little ink.

Can I use it with more than one child?

Yes. Reprint any page as often as you like for the children in your home. The Whole Family Bundle adds the Big Kid Edition for ages 7–10.

Is this educational content or therapy?

Neither. These are play activities for independent quiet time. They are not a medical or therapeutic program and make no claims about attention disorders.

What if it doesn't work for us?

Email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no questions.
